AMT’s extensive Vertical and Horizontal machining capabilities allow for both a stand-alone manufacturing process as well as a complement to our extensive CNC lathe capabilities. Combining these capabilities allows us to quickly produce complex parts in any volume.

CNC TURNING

AMT’s growing CNC Turning capabilities allow us to meet our customer’s needs for increasingly complex machined products. We specialize in Stainless Steel and Plastics. We also run a large amount of Cast, Aluminum, Alloy and Brass.

WATERJET CUTTING

WATERJET machining is a computerized cutting method that will cut virtually ANY material into any two-dimensional shape. It is a clean process that eliminates tool path heating and residual stress in the cut material.

FABRICATION & FINISHING

AMT specializes in rapid prototypes, small volume runs, and large production Welding/Fabrication/Assembly. Our state-of-the-art, clean, and efficient facilities are utilized for simple to complex weldments and assemblies. We specialize in Stainless Steel, Carbon, Aluminum, and specialty alloy steel.
