Waterjet Cutting

If you can draw it, the Flow Mach 500 can cut it: nearly any material, in sheets up to 10 by 6.5 feet.

Waterjet is a cold cut. No heat-affected zone, no residual stress, no burrs: parts come off the table clean and square, and tight nesting pulls the most parts from every sheet.

Our Flow Mach 500 features Dynamic Waterjet XD technology, which automatically angles the cutting head to offset the natural taper of the abrasive jet. The taper does not disappear; it gets moved to the scrap side of the cut, leaving your part with square, precise edges.
